Direct Deposit Account Details
Internet Banking/Direct Deposit is our preferred method of payment. There are no verifcation procedures necessary when using this payment method.
Internet Banking/Direct Deposit payments usually show in our account overnight with the exception of weekends. If a payment is made on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed on the following Tuesday.
Funds need to show in our account before your order can be processed and shipped.
To ensure your order is processed promptly please ensure you use your order number and surname as reference so that your payment is easy for us to find.

Credit Card Transactions
Secure Payment Policy
All Credit Card transactions are processed immediately with the Bank. The payment page is secured with 128 bit encryption. The card details you enter are safe because it is not stored or cached by Parallel Imported Ltd -but is entered into a secure database at our payment gateway.
Payment for Internet banking/Direct deposit orders must be made within 5 working days. If payment is not made within this time the order will be cancelled and will need to be placed again.
We also perform random security checks on orders. This is to protect ourselves and our customers.
Security Verifications For Online Orders
All orders are subject to our verification procedures. If we are unable to verify your details, we will notify you and will need further information to process the order.
We may request documents to verify your identity, this can include, but is not limited to:
- A Bank Statement
- Credit Card Statement for the card used
- A Utility Bill (Power bill, Phone Bill etc.)
- Photo ID
These documents would need to show both your name and address used for your order. You can block any other personal information.
These procedures are performed to counter a rapidly increasing number of fraudulent orders. This is done to protect your security as well as our own.
These procedures were recommended to use by the Bank to ensure that your card is not being used without your knowledge or permission.

Please do not be offended if we ask for photo ID with cards that required a signature. This is a procedure we have introduced to protect ourselves and our customers from fraud.
There is no additional charge for credit card payments.
All cards must be present for transactions, under no circumstances will we process a transaction without the card present.
We do not accept cheques.
We cannot process credit card payments over the phone for security reasons.
Layby Payments
Layby plans are available in all our stores.
A 20% deposit is required and retained if final payment is not met within the time specified/at all.
Final payment must be made within 6 weeks of the order date
Layby value must be $100 or over
Layby is not available for online purchases.
Finance Payments
Finance is available in all our stores only.
Normal lending and credit criteria applies.
Finance is not available for online Purchases.
