Company Statement: COVID-19: Online Store is Operating
Dear Parallel Imported Customers,
We at Parallel Imported are changing the way we operate for the foreseeable future, in line with the Ministry of Health guidelines to ensure the safety of staff, customers and the general public as we move down alert levels. As we move into Alert Level 2 on Thursday the 14th of May, our North Shore Mega Store will be operating under normal working hours, as per our website, whilst implementing all the recommended safety procedures. All deliveries will continue to be contactless.
Service of products will now resume in store and online.
Delays in delivery for online goods
Please note that we have been alerted to significant delays caused by an influx of orders into the courier/postal system. They assure us they are working very hard to continue to distribute the goods however there will be continued delays and we ask for your patience. Your orders will be leaving us daily, however we cannot guarantee any timeframes around delivery at this time. We will continue to keep you updated and recommend tracking your products using the tracking information that we email you once the item has been shipped.
