Company Statement: COVID-19: Online Store is Operating
Dear Parallel Imported Customers,
In light of recent developments on the COVID-19 situation in New Zealand, we at Parallel Imported are changing the way we operate for the foreseeable future, in line with the Ministry of Health guidelines to ensure the safety of staff, customers and the general public. From 6pm Wednesday the 25th of March we will be closing our store until the lockdown period comes out of effect, however as we are a provider of essential services (telecommunications hardware, tablets, computers etc) our customers will still be able to shop with us 24/7 online at www.parallelimported.co.nz. We are also providing wholesale delivery of PPE gear (sanitiser, respirators and surgical masks). All deliveries will be contactless.
In an effort to prevent all customer contact we will also not be accepting any walk in service queries during the lockdown period. If you have any questions about a product, or have a fault to discuss, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for us to provide a solution.
We apologise if your order takes a little longer than expected to arrive as we continue to operate in a limited capacity to comply with the new regulations put in place by the MOH, however orders will be sent out regularly.
