Delivery Policy

Click & Collect (Auckland Only)

Customers based in Auckland may choose Click & Collect at checkout.

  • Please wait for our online team to contact you by phone or email before coming into store
  • Available Monday to Friday only
    (Orders placed over the weekend can be collected the following week)
  • This service is contactless and safe
  • If you paid by credit card, you must bring:
    • Order Confirmation Email
    • Valid photo ID
  • Online orders cannot be collected without prior arrangement

Delivery Fees

Standard Delivery

  • Urban delivery: Flat rate of $6.95
  • Excludes oversize items, rural addresses, and off‑island deliveries

Rural & Off‑Island Delivery

  • Rural delivery: $9.95
  • Waiheke Island: $15
  • Great Barrier Island & other off‑island locations: $15
  • Rural and off‑island deliveries may take up to 2 additional working days

Oversize Items

  • Items over 10kg are classified as oversize
  • Delivery fee:  From $20.00

Overnight / Next Business Day Delivery

Eligibility

  • Applies to in‑stock items only
  • Orders must be placed before 2pm, Monday–Thursday
  • Friday orders will be delivered the next business day (usually Monday, unless a public holiday)
  • South Island deliveries may require an additional day

Exclusions

  • Does not apply to:
    • Rural addresses
    • Off‑island locations (e.g. Waiheke, Great Barrier, Stewart Island)
  • Courier delays are outside of our control
  • Natural disasters may cause delays

Important Note on Back Orders

If your order includes any back‑ordered item, overnight delivery will no longer apply.
All items will be shipped together and will follow the back‑order timeframe (typically 7–12 working days).


Shipping Timeframes & Dispatch

  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are shipped on Monday
  • We do not ship on weekends unless prior arrangements are made
    (additional charges may apply)
  • If a parcel is not received within 5 working days from shipment, you must notify us immediately

Address & Delivery Conditions

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes
  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any address deemed suspicious
  • Please ensure someone is available to sign for delivery
  • If delivery attempts fail and the parcel is returned, a re‑delivery fee will apply
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Incorrect addresses supplied by the customer
    • Lost or damaged goods after delivery
    • Courier delays beyond our control

 

Back Orders & Hot Deal Items (Special Orders)

Back‑Ordered Items

  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 1-5 working days
  • Timeframes are approximate and subject to availability
  • Some orders may take longer than 5 working days
  • Payment is required at the time of ordering
  • Internet banking payments must be received within 3 working days, or the order will be cancelled

 


Hot Deal Orders

  • Hot Deal items are ordered specifically on your behalf
  • If cancelled after ordering and the item is already en route:
    • A cancellation fee of 10% of the order total or $20 (whichever is greater) applies
  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 7–12 working days
  • Timeframes are approximate and subject to availability
  • Some orders may take longer than 12 working days
  • Payment is required at the time of ordering
  • Internet banking payments must be received within 3 working days, or the order will be cancelled
  • If an item cannot be sourced, you will be notified and issued a full refund
  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method
